Detection of SA0 faults on a VLSI circuit for 4-input Priority Encoder circuit

PROCEDURE

  1. Toggle the inputs to select a desired input combination and observe the outputs.
  2. Toggle the switches numbered from 1 to 10 for SA0 faults at different locations and again observe the results.
  3. Click on "Add" button to add the observations at each step to the truth table and to tabulate it.
  4. Press the reset button to empty the truth table.
